Information about Verstas
Nakkilan Verstas and Machine Hall
The celebration and event spaces renovated in the old, magnificent premises of the Lammisen sawmill. The spaces have been built with love just for your celebrations.
We have tried to gather all possible costs and information related to the celebration below, so that it will be easy for you to plan the celebration at Verstas without unexpected expenses and unnecessary stress. Tell us your wishes and we will do our best to ensure your celebration is successful and leaves you with wonderful memories.
Pricing
Menus
Buffet menus are served for groups of at least 20 people. The pricing of the menus is calculated for events with 60-130 people, based on the ingredient costs known at the time of pricing.
The prices will be checked before the celebration.
Children's pricing: under 12 years -50% off the menu price, under 6 years 10.00 € per person
The prices of the menus include 3 sessions of approximately one hour each:

At the first meeting we will familiarize ourselves with the premises and discuss your wishes.

We recommend reviewing the menus and selecting your favorites (note! menus can be customized according to your wishes), this way we can create a calculation/proposal for you, from which you can see the indicative cost structure of your celebration.

At the second meeting we will choose the menu and discuss the beverage policy, as well as go thru your wishes and the questions you have compiled. We will create a preliminary summary with prices, which we will adjust as the planning progresses.

At the third meeting, we will do a trial setup, finalize the content of your celebration, go thru your program, and agree on and discuss other practical matters. We will taste, for example, the celebration wines.

After the second or at the latest the third meeting, you will receive a summary of the agreed matters for review.
Drinks
Verstas has a liquor license, so you cannot bring your own drinks to the area.
We have many different cost-effective options for the drinks for the event organizers, so you don't have to worry about how much and what to reserve, but you can enjoy your celebration day and leave that part to us. You decide the budget, and we will tailor the best possible package for it. Feel free to ask more, as this has been tested about 50 times and proven effective.
Other costs
Reservation of the restaurant for private use
The price for a full-day all-inclusive event at the Verstaan hall is 1500 € per day, and you can also book a so-called hybrid event at a nice price. Then the dining will take place stylishly in the Verstas hall, and the evening party in the Konehalli, enjoying the wonderful lights and sound system. Ask for more information!

For white linens, we charge a laundry fee of 10 € per piece

For white cloth napkins, we charge a laundry fee of 1 € each

Final cleaning €150 (Collecting linens and cleaning table surfaces, cleaning floors, collecting decorations, and cleaning restrooms)
We charge an additional fee

50 € for cleaning vomit from indoor or outdoor areas

Hourly charge for cleaning by confetti or a similar service is €35/hour + VAT 24%

Collecting bottles/cans and containers from outside

When you make a reservation:

The preliminary reservation is valid for 14 days

After the order confirmation, we will send the reservation fee for the venue rental,
By paying the invoice, you confirm the reservation. (If you wish, you can also start paying for your celebration in installments in advance.)

The menu must be decided no later than 30 days before the celebration or at the second meeting
-
The number of people and dietary preferences must be confirmed 10 days before the event, after which we will invoice for the meals and some of the agreed beverages. The invoice must be paid before the event unless otherwise agreed

Billing is at a minimum according to the confirmed number of people
The payment terms for the event are in advance and the remainder at the event
