Dining price list

0-2 years: 5 € per person
3-7 years: 10 € per person
8-12 years: 5 € per person
13 years and older: 45.00 € per person

Buffet menus are served for groups of at least 20 people

The above pricing is calculated for parties of 60-130 people, with known raw material costs.

The prices will be checked before the event.

Children's pricing: under 12 years -50% off the menu price, under 6 years 10.00 € per person

The prices include party planning meetings.

Other considerations:

Please note that Nakkilan Verstas is a restaurant bound by both food and alcohol legislation, as well as their self-monitoring and other obligations. Therefore, bringing your own drinks or food into the restaurant's premises and area is absolutely prohibited under a threat of a fine (500€).

Excluding separately agreed items, e.g., wedding cake.

Reservation of the restaurant for private use
When you book the restaurant hall or the machine hall for private use.
The price for a full-day all-inclusive rental for parties in the downstairs hall is €1000-1500 per day.

The turnkey package includes

preparation of the venue for the event
table setting of beautiful Arabian and Iittala dishes
decorations from Verstas or decorations brought by the customer. Then the decorations must be delivered well in advance of the event.

Other costs independent of us

For white linens, we charge a laundry fee of €10 per piece
For white cloth napkins, we charge a laundry fee of €1 each
Final cleaning €150 (Collecting linens and cleaning table surfaces, cleaning floors, collecting decorations, and cleaning restrooms)

We charge an additional fee

50 € for cleaning vomit from indoor or outdoor areas
Hourly rate for cleaning by confetti or similar services: 35 €/hour + VAT 24%
Collecting bottles/cans and containers from outside 35 €/hour + VAT 24%

When you make a reservation:

The preliminary reservation is valid for 14 days from the time the menu proposals are sent
After the order confirmation, we will send the reservation fee, which is the venue rental. By paying half of the invoice, you confirm the venue reservation
The menu must be finalized at least 30 days before the event or at the second meeting
The number of people and dietary requirements must be confirmed 10 days before the event, after which we will invoice for the food in advance
Billing is at a minimum according to the confirmed number of people
The payment terms for the event are in advance / at the event
